Recoil Rally™ - Release Forms

All attendees must complete all 3 of these waivers. The first two are required by the Pickens County Sportsman's Club and the last one is required by the organizers of the Recoil Rally™. Participants under 18 need to get a parent or guardian to sign the form. This form needs to be completed PRIOR to arrival at the Recoil Rally™. Campmasters, please try to collect, scan, and email all of the forms for your group prior to the event.
